Short version: QuickToolSpark does not collect, store, or share your personal data or the content you process in our tools. Everything runs in your browser.

1. Who We Are

QuickToolSpark is a free online toolkit that provides browser-based tools for text processing, PDF handling, image conversion, calculations, and AI-powered writing. Our website is operated by the QuickToolSpark team.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect minimal data and only what is necessary to operate the website:

  • Analytics data — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on site, general location by country). This data is anonymized and aggregated.
  • Contact form submissions — If you use our Contact page, your message is sent directly to our email via your own email client. We do not store form submissions on our servers.

We do NOT collect:

  • Text you enter into any tool
  • Files you upload (images, PDFs, etc.)
  • Passwords you generate
  • Any output from AI tools

3. How Your Files and Text Are Processed

All tools on QuickToolSpark run entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. This means:

  • Files you upload are processed locally on your device and are never sent to our servers.
  • Text you enter into any tool stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
  • Generated passwords, converted files, and tool outputs are created on your device.

The only exception is our AI writing tools, which send your input to the Groq API to generate responses. Please review Groq's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle API requests.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage (not cookies) for two purposes:

  • Theme preference — To remember if you prefer light or dark mode.
  • AI tool usage count — To enforce the daily usage limit (3 uses per AI tool per day). This resets automatically at midnight.

Google Analytics uses cookies to track site usage. You can opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Children's Privacy

QuickToolSpark is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Since we do not store your files, text, or tool outputs on our servers, there is no risk of your content being exposed through a data breach on our end. Your data stays on your device.
