Our AI writing tools use third-party services (including the Groq API with the Llama 3.3 70B model) to generate content based on your input.

  • Each AI tool allows a limited number of free uses per day (currently 3) to keep the service free for all users.
  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. You should review and verify AI output before relying on it.
  • We do not store your AI prompts or generated responses on our servers.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you create with AI tools and how you use it.

4. Intellectual Property

The QuickToolSpark name, logo, website design, and original content (including blog articles) are the property of QuickToolSpark and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The output generated by our tools is created on your device for your own use. You retain full ownership of any content you create using our tools.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the results obtained from the tools will be accurate or reliable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickToolSpark and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

Because all tools run in your browser and no data is stored on our servers, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data or content on your device.
